This website is operated by Saffron Coaching Ltd, trading as Saffron Coaching & Advisory. Our registered address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at hello@saffroncoaching.com.

2. What information we collect

When you submit an application through our website, we collect the following personal information: your full name, email address, business name, current annual revenue range, and your written responses to our application questions.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes beyond standard Squarespace analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to review your application, determine whether there is alignment for an advisory engagement, and respond to you directly. We do not sell your information. We share application data only with service providers required to operate the application process, including Jotform as our form platform.

Your written application responses are treated with complete confidentiality and are used only for the purpose of assessing fit for our advisory service.

4. How long we keep your information

If your application is not progressed, we will delete your personal data within 30 days of our response to you. If you become a client, we will retain your information for the duration of our engagement and for a period of 12 months following its conclusion, after which it will be securely deleted.

5. Your rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. 6. Data security

We take the security of your personal data seriously. Your information is transmitted securely via our website provider (Squarespace) and our application form provider (Jotform), and is accessible only to Saffron Coaching Ltd and the service providers needed to operate the form.

7. Third-party services

Our website is hosted by Squarespace Inc., which processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Application forms are provided by Jotform, which processes submitted form data in accordance with its own privacy and security terms.

8. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or retargeting technologies. Squarespace may place functional cookies as part of its standard platform operation.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
